I have worked across a broad spectrum of the performing arts, bringing vitality to global ecological and social themes. My work has been included in the UK representation of the World Stage Design Exhibition Taipei 2017, in the Aesthetica Art Prize Anthology Future Now publication and exhibition, and in the ‘Designers Lead’ section of the Society of British Theatre Designers (SBTD) 2019 – 2020 exhibition at the V&A.
My eco-design remit is to re-purpose objects, use surplus materials and commit to a closed-loop design process, in which all components are considered in a cyclical manner, with their afterlife as important as their current use. Embracing chance along the way, my work often distills into designs that move between art installations and immersive environments. I am also studying Process Orientated Psychology. I work from my Peckham Studio, my ‘dream palace’, where I go to ground my ideas, make models and mock ups, and as a space for collaboration.
